we had a lovely stay at mercure! the resort was clean, and our resort room was nice. the pool was great and right on the beach, perfect for family fun. the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, especially with our kids.

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed the space, which was perfect for our family. The bathroom could have been better since there was some moldy grout and a bit of a musty smell at times. Overall, it met our needs for the stay.

I had a great stay, especially loved the heated pool and beach activities, but the food in the buffet was a letdown.

The beach at Mercure was amazing. Soft sand and clear water made every beach day enjoyable. The kids loved the kid's pool with its fun little slides. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. The location is fantastic, close to shops and local restaurants. However, the dining options were a letdown. The buffet often served lukewarm food and the specialty restaurants required reservations that were hard to come by. We managed to get into the Italian restaurant, but the wait was frustrating. Our room had some maintenance issues—like a broken safe and a moldy smell. Housekeeping could've been better. we dealt with some areas that needed more thorough cleaning. The nightly entertainment was good, but it started too late to enjoy with the kids. Overall, the experience had highlights, but a few improvements could make it much better.

The food scene was on point, with fresh fruits and delicious dishes that kept me coming back for more! I loved the pool aerobics and the friendly staff who made every experience a joy.

One downside was the constant push to participate in vacation club presentations. It was frustrating and took away from our overall experience.
